Rich vs. Poor: Simple Things That Differentiate The Rich From The Rest

There are certain habits and practices that the rich do differently. Most of it is related to their life and wealth perception, and even frugal habits that most of us think the rich never practice. In fact, most of these things are not the things that we imagine them to be doing or thinking. 

This is one of the best differences of the rich vs. poor. People generally think that asking questions about stuff that you don't know about makes you look dumb. The rich think differently. They accept the fact that they don't know every single thing about life and surprisingly, wealth. No, they don't regard themselves as dumb when they ask questions. In fact, they regard it as an investment. Education is a very important asset and the only thing that can never be taken away from you. 

Everyone of us complains. There's no rich vs. poor differences when it comes to mere complaining because in fact, even the wealthiest people do complain. However, what sets them apart is that they find solutions to their problems. The poor, on the other hand, are usually stuck in complaining and they never do anything to solve their problems. Rich people may even find opportunities in others' problems and they can provide the best solutions in mind. No, it does not always involve money. The rich just spent their younger years finding solutions to their problems - which, believe it or not, made them successful in their respective fields. 

There are also rich vs. poor differences in making friends. The poor and the middle class would often befriend with everyone. The rich, however, choose their friends wisely. They never entertain those who never support them or stab them in the back. The rich prefer quality over quantity. Friendship, after all, is not a popularity contest. 

The rich usually never flaunt their money or the expensive things they own. They value education and accomplishments, instead of tangible assets. The poor and the middle class would usually put their extravagant purchases on a pedestal. For the rich, education and life achievements are what truly makes you successful and rich. This is one of the differences of the rich vs. poor.

The rich have a lot of investment. They do not put their money in one bank alone then let it stay there forever. They have a lot of passive income, because these stuff will generate income for them without working and draining their physical selves. 

The rich understand that long-term goals can be achieved by small wins. They celebrate these small achievements and find motivation in them. Short-terms are milestones and stepping stones toward the ultimate success. The rich look into the step to achieve their other goals, rather than looking at the bigger picture all the time.

These are the little things and mindset that separate the rich from the rest of the people. This post is not to belittle the habits of the middleclass and the poor. Rather, this is meant to educate that most of the time, one's mindset and perception in life contribute to the feeling of contentment and fulfillness. The rich teach us that money is not the endgame, rather it should only be treated as one of a person's many goals.
