Just make sure to add a disclaimer that you are unable to deliver the item.<\/p><p>Habitat ReStore: These retail outlets raise funds for Habitat for Humanity. A friend of mine who volunteers at the ReStore near her home in Tennessee introduced me to this option. I was amazed at the wide variety of items they sell, including appliances, chandeliers, desk lamps, building materials (like doors and stone), towel racks, and more.<\/p><p>Craigslist: This online classified ad service is perfect for selling large pieces of furniture and appliances that you don't want to move yourself. One option is to donate them to your local library. Other organizations that accept book donations and distribute them to different groups include Books for Soldiers and Books for Africa.<\/p><p>If you prefer to sell your books, websites such as Cash4Books, Blue Rocket Books, Amazon Trade-In program and eBay are great options.
