This alternative is meant to take you to your destination quickly in a less-hassle manner. Shortcuts in life are meant to achieve your goals sooner.&nbsp;<\/p><p>Everyone loves taking it, however, shortcuts in life are always not worth it, generally. They believe that protein shakes and detox teas will do the work for them and refuse to take a healthy lifestyle and do workouts.&nbsp;<\/p><p>Some of these diets may work in shedding off fats after some time. The problem is, these diets are not sustainable in the future. One cannot restrict their diet forever. The result would be wasted opportunities and a non-productive mindset that good luck can take all the work.
